Have you been enjoying the crisp air, colorful leaves, and exciting adventures with Lunar's Outdoor Adventures this October?! We've got a couple opportunities scheduled including an  online talk to a full moon hike.

• We kicked off the month with a New Moon and a PA Trails Talk, sharing our favorite routes and tips.
• We delved into the art of lightweight backpacking at our Lighten Your Load program at Rider Park.

• We hosted not one, but two Mastering Mapping Apps programs at Rider Park, equipping adventurers with essential navigation skills.
• Lunar led a “Vistas and Falls” family hike exploring his favorite section of the Loyalsock Trail stopping to enjoy a picnic lunch at the Alpine Vista and meandering through rhododendron trails to scenic hidden waterfalls. The families also worked together to perform some minor trail maintenance removing a fallen tree from the trail.
• Lunar was featured on a podcast! Check out his interview with Chris and Tony from FitAfter40.
• And of course, we enjoyed the beauty of the Full Moon!

  Full Moon Hike: Experience the magic of a winter night hiking trip under the November full moon (November 16th 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm) at Rider Park.  

 December PA Backpacking Trail Talk will be December 3rd at 7:30pm 

Full Moon Hike: Join us for a LOA Full Moon Hike location TBD. Tentatively December 14th at 6pm.  Stay tuned for more details to follow!
